For the start of the 2023 school year, we are looking for educators and assistants for our new campus for our 2-3 year old, 3-6 year old and 6-9 year old settings. La Chrysalide is a trilingual school, which welcomes bilingual and trilingual children of many nationalities. The material used in the different environments is complete. The school recruits enthusiastic, professional, creative people with a sense of initiative, rigor and teamwork.

Profile required

‍‍- You have at least 3 years of initial work experience with children.

‍- The Montessori educator's decalogue makes sense in yourprofessional practices. ‍

‍- You are attentive to the respect of the child's rhythm, his immediate needs, his well-being, his autonomy and the quality of learning.‍

‍- You have a strong sense of belonging, human qualities of listening, dialogue and caring.

‍- You enjoy working in a team environment, especially in pairs.

Perks :

‍- Certified AMI Educator or recognized certifying agency.

- You ideally have talents such as sports, yoga, music, art, gardening, crafts or other that you enjoy sharing with children.

- You have skills/training in non-violent communication, positive discipline, forest school education... It is important to adhere to the values of the school: caring, active pedagogy, nature and ecology. A sensitivity to children with learning difficulties will be highly appreciated.
